Epiphany School is now enrolling students for Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4, and Kindergarten through Grade 6. Here’s how to get started:
1. Schedule a Personal Tour

2. Start Your Registration
Use the link below to begin the registration process with our Online Inquiry Form from our office.
3. Check your email for a message with how to access your FACTS Online Enrollment packet.
Please note that new families enrollment packets will not be available until the end of February.
4. Submit Required Documents and Sign the online FACTS Enrollment Application.
We’ll walk you through the paperwork, including birth certificate, immunization records, and any prior school transcripts, if applicable.
Returning Students
Welcome back to Epiphany School! We are honored to continue your child’s educational journey with us. Re-enrollment for returning students is completed through the FACTS Family Portal using your existing login.
Re-Enroll through the FACTS FAMILY PORTAL
Current families receive priority enrollment during Catholic Schools Week—secure your child’s spot before registration opens to new families!
Once your re-enrollment is submitted, your child’s place is secured for the upcoming school year. Next, be sure to complete your FACTS Grant & Aid application by April 15 to maximize your eligibility for tuition discounts and financial aid.
Registration Fee
There is a $175 Registration Fee per family. The Diocese of Scranton Catholic Schools Business Office will email an invoice to the family within one week of registration. This way we can be sure that each family only pays one registration fee.

At Epiphany School, we believe every child deserves access to an exceptional Catholic education. That’s why all enrolled families receive a tuition subsidy, and multiple financial assistance opportunities are available.
Timeline for Registration & Financial Aid
Returning Registration Opens: Catholic Schools Week (Late January – Early February)
Priority Deadline for Financial Aid: April 15th
Apply Early! Families are encouraged to complete all financial aid forms immediately after registration.
💡 Note: FACTS Grant and Aid applications must be completed each year to be eligible for assistance and scholarships.
Tuition Assistance Opportunities
1. FACTS Grant & Aid Application
Apply online through the FACTS Family Portal. Application opens in February. Visit the Diocese of Scranton Catholic Schools page for more details.
2. Friends of Epiphany School Foundation tuition discount
All Epiphany School students are eligible to receive this discount once the FACTS Grant and Aid Application is completed. Details provided during your school tour.
3. EITC and OSTC programs
The EITC program is the Educational Improvement Tax Credit program. The OSTC program is the Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit program. Both programs are offered by the Department of Community and Economic Development and the state of Pennsylvania. They allow local businesses to apply to receive a tax credit for donations made to organizations such as the Diocese of Scranton Scholarship Foundation for tuition assistance. 4. Earn Tuition Credits for the following school year when you sell Epiphany School Lotto Tickets & complete at least 15 Volunteer Hours for the school. Click to view Tuition Credit Info.
5. Additional Scholarship Opportunities for PA Residents
Complete the online FACTS application and a separate paper application. Paper applications available in the office. Please contact the office for details.
Bravo Scholarship - $32 application fee
Bridge Scholarship - No application fee
