Registration

Thank you for your interest in our school!  Epiphany School provides a strong academic education for grades Pre-Kindergarten through Sixth Grade. Students receive a value-based education where morals are taught throughout the day in every classroom. Our school is centered on developing the whole child in a nurturing environment.

We are now taking registrations for Pre-K 3 and 4, as well as Kindergarten through Sixth Grade.  Use the links below to start the registration process.

NOTE: All students at Epiphany School are eligible for a tuition subsidy! Tuition subsidies are provided through generous endowments to Epiphany School. Families can also earn additional tuition credits and financial aid. Learn more about Credits and Financial Aid.

Registration Fee

There is a $175 Registration Fee per family. The Diocese of Scranton Catholic Schools Business Office will email an invoice to the family within one week of registration. This way we can be sure that each family only pays one registration fee.

Timeline for Registration & Financial Aid

  • Registration begins during Catholic Schools’ Week (end of January / beginning of February)

  • Parents and Guardians are urged to complete the financial aid forms as soon as registration for the upcoming academic year is completed

    • Please note that the financial aid application must be completed each year.  It is best to apply for Tuition Assistance and Scholarships through FACTS by April 15th. Click Here

  • Information for filing will be posted as it becomes available.

New Pre-K Students

A parent or guardian must complete the Request for Information form to start the registration process for all new Pre-K students.

New Pre-K students with siblings currently attending Epiphany School must still complete this form to start the registration process.

New K-6 Students

A parent or guardian must complete the Request for Information form page to start the registration process for all new Kindergarten to Grade 6 students.

Returning Students (Pre-K and K-6)

Welcome back! We are excited to continue your student’s education journey at Epiphany School. To complete our online re-enrollment process, you need to go to FACTS Family Portal (Parents Web) through your existing login.

To access the Family Portal:

  • Go to www.factsmgt.com

  • Select Parent Log In from the menu bar and FACTS Family Online from the drop-down menu.

  • Enter ES-PA into the District Code field.

  • Type in your username and password.  If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided to recover your login information.

  • After logging in, click on Apply/Enroll in the left menu.

  • Click on the Enrollment/Re-enrollment link.

  • You will be redirected to the online enrollment packet. Complete all parts of the packet for each student and click submit.

Financial Aid Opportunities

Note:  ALL families who would like to be considered for a Financial Aid and scholarships must complete the necessary forms.

  • Deadline for FACTS is April 15th.

    • Families can apply after the deadline, but there is no guarantee of tuition assistance.  

    • Financial aid applications MUST be made each year. 

PA Residents can apply for the Bridge and Bravo Scholarships

  • Bravo Scholarship

    • Complete the above online FACTS application AND complete paper application.

    • Paper application is available in February.

    • $32 application fee.
